Description

The State Machine Production Committee is a bureaucratic partnership guiding development of the independent videogame "State Machine" by Terry Cavanagh and Ruari O'Sullivan. It's where we store our meeting notes and take faxes.

History

Terry Cavanagh is an Irish independent game developer now based in London. He is the creator of "VVVVVV", "Super Hexagon", and lots of experimental freeware games.

Ruari O'Sullivan is a British-Irish developer with a background in longer projects, both studio and independent: first coding how to pet wildcats in Frontier Developments' "Kinectimals", then designing and programming the indie RPG "Cardinal Quest 2".

Terry first conceived State Machine during the Ludum Dare game jam of December 2015. During co-working meets at London's Scenario gaming bar, Terry and Ruari explored the game's potential and partnered up to make it happen.

In 2017, this Production Committee will release STATE MACHINE.
